Own implementation of the salary bill for a defined group of employees, as well as advice and support in accounting-related topics and legal issues settlement of pension payments to former employees, including monthly pensions and capital disbursements Responsibility for the retrieval of electronic incapacity certificates (eAU) and the determination of periods of wage advancement Creation of certificates for employees and notifications to authorities Preparation and implementation of monthly wage and salary accounting Contact person (w/m/d) for occupational health issues, scheduling and organisation of preventive and vaccination appointments Support for internal and external personnel audits Participation in the creation of reports and annual accounts in the human resources sector Continuous verification, optimization and documentation of billing processes

Completed commercial training, studies in the field of economics or personnel or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the field of pay billing, preferably in a collective enterprise Knowledge of labour law, tax law and social security law Safe handling of billing systems as well as MS Office, especially MS Excel Analytical skills and understanding of numbers Service-oriented operation, team skills and communication skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
