WHAT DO YOU? Reception and support of visitors: You represent the Marktplatz Galerie and the group of companies Friedrich Bruhn and are responsible for ensuring a friendly and professional impression. Customer support and complaint management: Competent handling of inquiries, concerns and complaints Maintenance of social media channels: support in creating and publishing content to increase visibility and attractiveness of the Galerie marketplace Contact for internal and external partners: Trustful cooperation with tenants, service providers and other business partners Accounting: Pre-configuring invoices for further processing Data management: Careful management and updating of databases and systems Security Management: Support in monitoring and coordination of security measures in the Galerie marketplace Processing of incoming email and telephone traffic with tenants:inside, customers and external service providers Planning, organisation and implementation of marketing campaigns, events and seasonal promotions in the Galerie Market Square Control and coordination of external creative, social media and PR agencies including briefing, correction and release processes as well as coordination of digital communication (social media, website) as well as quality assurance of content and online appearances taking into account the CI requirements. Maintaining and developing the website and ensuring current and correct content Planning and implementation of print and advertising materials and advertisements in external media Organisation and operational monitoring of events on site including logistics and operational control Coordination of internal coordination and approval processes with all relevant interfaces as well as communication and cooperation with tenants, partners and service providers Working in the fields of press and public relations and editorial content creation Development and implementation of cooperations, special projects and competition mechanics

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are required; further foreign language knowledge is advantageous, but no prerequisite. You have very good knowledge in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and are sure to do so.
