You have an overview: You monitor refurbishment and modernization measures in civil engineering – from individual measures to the cross-works project Quality is your claim: You control the construction design, document the progress of construction and recognize deviations before becoming a problem You keep all threads together: you coordinate crafts and agree with customers, house administrations, specialist planners and your internal team You'll get your experience: You'll support tenders, offer evaluations and awards, and you'll find the project preparation You think one step further: you recognize further modernization potential with our customers and develop sustainable solutions together – without cold acquisition There is no standstill for you: you bring ideas about how we can continuously develop our processes, standards and services

A completed study or training in the field of civil engineering, architecture, construction engineering or a comparable subject Ideally, three to five years of professional experience in construction management, construction monitoring or project management in civil engineering – preferably in the field of renovation or modernization Technical understanding of existing buildings, refurbishment processes and inter-sectoral relationships An independent, structured and responsible way of working Communication strength in dealing with craft companies, owners, house administrations and specialist planners Economic thinking and a sense of sustainable and customer-oriented solutions First experiences with performance directories, tenders, awards or audits are advantageous
