In the Corporate M&A team, you will shape the strategic development of the Eppendorf Group through investments, divestments and successful integration of new companies.
You take responsibility for all steps of the M&A and Desinvestment process - from deal identification to due diligence, assessment, structuring and negotiation to completion - and you agree closely with senior management, legal, finance, business portfolio and P&O. As a project manager, you control complex post-Merger integration projects, develop detailed PMI plans and ensure the smooth coordination of employees, processes, systems and cultures, including leadership of cross-functional integration teams, pursuit of synergy objectives and active control of integration risks. In close cooperation with various business areas, you identify, qualify and evaluate investment opportunities and prepare sound basis for the Executive Board or the Group Executive Committee. Cross-disciplinary meetings around M&A processes and integration topics are organised and moderated by you and work closely with external consultants:inside and service providers on specific transaction workstreams. You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Natural Sciences or a comparable field and brings at least five years of relevant professional experience as M&A Manager in the corporate environment, ideally in the life science or healthcare industry.
