REFERENT (M/W/D) AM WORKING SORT STUTTGART in full time

You carry out independent procedures within the framework of the property fund BW – from initial consultation to the implementation of the property business – and in particular take over the following tasks: Examination and evaluation of enquiries and coordination of procedures with municipalities, ministry and other stakeholders Consultation and support of municipalities throughout the process Participation in meetings, negotiations and municipal committee meetings Developing expert opinions, comments and recommendations for decisions Assessment of property-related issues, in particular on transport values, pre-purchasing rights and natural-law issues Development of solutions for land supply and resale Preparing, voting and substantive examination of land and other contracts, coordination of repurchase rights, receivables and other subsequent proceedings Support of existing properties including object visits, transfers and insurance and funeral contracts Monitoring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements Implementation of mid-demands and implementation of statistics and procedural reports

You have a degree in real estate management, public management (higher administrative services), geography with a focus on urban development or property, or as an administrative specialist or real estate specialist with relevant professional experience or a comparable degree You have excellent knowledge of German in word and writing Experience in property, real estate or contract management Knowledge in public funding or municipal environment Safe handling of contracts and legal issues Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Organisational skills and ability to control complex processes Negotiating skills and enforcement Safe handling of MS Office and DMS system. Knowledge of Enaio is desirable Standby to external dates (class B guide)
