Range of tasks

Legal matters Completion of measures (MRV) and public accommodation (örU), there in particular Development and preparation of decisions on legal matters of a fundamental nature and procedural matters relating to both technical supervisors, including all legal and procedural matters, legal fundamental issues and the conduct of contradictions licensing and filing procedures Preparing and drawing up administrative rules, procedural and service instructions for the activities of the specialist supervisors Implementation of on-site appointments in the clinics for clarification of legal questions Budget negotiations and operational audit in the MRV, including preparation and implementation of the annual budget negotiations with the clinicians of the MRV and the forensic outpatients, as well as the follow-up of the negotiation results, e.g. B. Monitoring of levies, voting of the results of the negotiations with the departmental director and the Ministry's mirror repository, drafting of protocols and agreements Editing basic and conceptual issues of the budgets for MRV institutions Participation in the further development of a controlling system for continuous analysis of the economic results of the clinics of the MRV Review of the framework compensation agreements and the compensation agreements of the individual MRV bodies and participation in the development of an updated compensation system with cost optimization possibilities Representation of supervision in proceedings of the arbitration board Data protection matters, in particular the processing of data protection matters in the area of MRV and örU in consultation with the regulatory data protection officer
