Senior Counsel IT / IP Law (m/f/d)

Then you can introduce yourself here: Strategic management of IT contract law: You take the technical responsibility for the audit, design and negotiation of complex IT contracts – including software license, SaaS, cloud and maintenance contracts with international reference. In doing so, you strategically advise and accompany our business and technology units on legal issues and conduct the contractual coordination with purchasing at management level. Legal responsibility for technology and AI initiatives: You are responsible for the legal support of central technology and AI projects and develop resilient, practical solutions for new questions. This includes, in particular, the legal classification of technological innovations and the proactive design of legal frameworks for strategic digital and AI projects. Accompanying sophisticated topics in copyright, trademark and competition law: You control complex legal issues in the fields of copyright, trademark and competition law and represent our corporate interests to external parties. Prioritize, coordinate and defend our rights in demanding procedures. Development and governance of internal standards: You are driving forward the conceptual further development of our internal contractual standards, guidelines and legal governance processes. In doing so, you initiate improvements, define best practices and ensure the company-wide consistency, efficiency and compliance of our legal frameworks.

Qualification: You are a full lawyer:with two successfully completed State Examina and have several years of professional experience of at least. 5 years in IT contract law, copyright or technology law. Interest in Technology & AI: You have a strong understanding of technology-driven legal issues as well as a high interest in AI developments and already brings practical experience in the use or evaluation of AI applications in the company context. Working & Soft Skills: You work structured, strategically and solution-oriented – even in complex and ambiguous situations. You communicate correctly at all hierarchical levels and bring strong cooperation, control and stakeholders management skills. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English at C1 level and are able to present challenging legal issues both oral and written precisely and convincingly.
