You are the first contact person for employees and executives in matters of employee relations and workplace practices – whether as a mediator:in or through support of external mediation, if necessary. You support employees on topics related to well-being, work-life balance and personal challenges that can affect working life – and help create an environment that focuses on psychological security, mutual respect and inclusion. You develop and implement standardized procedures to ensure fair and consistent treatment of exceptional or sensitive employee situations – in line with legal requirements and corporate guidelines. In cooperation with external service providers and occupational physicians, you ensure compliance with German occupational safety laws – including coordination of regular risk assessments (including psychological risk assessments – GBPsych) as well as the implementation of effective health measures and job adjustments. You use your experience to develop training and skills programs that promote early conflict resolution – both for employees and for managers. The aim is to strengthen respectful, solution-oriented communication.
Knowledge of German labour law and HR compliance. Ability to interpret and apply relevant legal frameworks. Knowledge of occupational safety (Occupational Health & Safety) – including risk assessments and safety standards – are of advantage. Experience with labour law regulations in the DACH region is a big plus. Proven ability to objectively analyze complex job-related issues and to develop practical recommendations.
