In our education departments we accompany children and young people in a family-like environment and support them in their personal development. A stable and reliable everyday structure plays a central role.

For an educational centre in the Havelland we are looking for a reliable and dedicated (social) pedagogical specialist, which supports us as an additional colleague in the course of 20 hours per week and contributes to a stable, value-adding environment for the caregivers and young people. In the event of interest, additional hours may be agreed in further training places.

Your tasks include: • Building a trusted relationship with young people • Joy in working with children and young people in difficult situations of life • Support and promotion of young people in everyday life • Intermediation of structure and life-structural skills • Full support in everyday school • Support for recreational design • Working hours early in the afternoon, willingness to work on occasional weekends and, if necessary, Travel agency

• You are empathic, have no fears of contact and a good feeling for the interpersonal • You can work well in the team as well as independently and independently • Car driver license (service vehicle available) • German knowledge is mandatory (min.
