Rollout & Strategy: Take responsibility for the strategic design and rollout of the ALIX EWM product and conduct the continuous development of a sustainable training concept autonomously Training materials: Create and independently develop training materials (presentations, documentation, e-learnings) and make sure all content on the global ALIX-SharePoint page is always up to date Concept development: Conduct the determination of needs independently and design different training formats for different target groups as part of the strategic development of the training concept Training & preparation: Prepare training independently, perform it through and overwhelm the complete finishing. You also take the training of further trainers (“Train the Trainers”) and ensure the quality of the training Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work closely with project teams, key users and IT, conduct specialist knowledge from product tests and operational operations and regularly implement feedback measures to continuously optimize training content

Qualification: A completed business studies with an analytical focus as well as several years of practical experience in handling SAP (WM/EWM) and warehouse logistics Training competence: Long-term experience in the independent design, implementation and optimization of training measures - both in presence and digital Communication: Very good knowledge of German and English, safe and conflictable appearance as well as pronounced moderation and presentation skills Tool knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and sound knowledge in e-learning-author tools Working & Mobility: Team-capable, analytical and high-speed - with readiness to travel, class B driving licence and experience in international cooperation
