We are one of the largest specialist hospitals for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics in Baden-Württemberg with 1,200 flatbeds and 2,100 employees. Course contents: You will learn the theory at the Baden-Württemberg Dual University in Mannheim (DHBW). The course of health management teaches subjects such as business and economics, law, economic mathematics/statistics, health management and medical foundations. The theoretical and practical phases change in the 3-month rhythm so that you can implement your acquired knowledge in a practical and direct contact. Practice takes place in the various administration departments of the PZN. You work to the colleagues and are already entrusted with their own manageable projects. The focus of the training is on financial and accounting, controlling, performance accounting/ patient service, human resources management, material management and corporate communication.
