Planning, control and implementation of ramp-up phases in large-scale projects – from sample production and prototypes to stable series production Creation and maintenance of project plans, milestone structures and roadmaps as well as follow-up of work packages, including organisation and management of project meetings Implementation of risk and chance analyses and implementation of risk mitigation strategies Implementation of a structured deviation and change management, including definition and follow-up of correction and prevention measures Ensuring feasibility (DFM) and testability (DFT) in close cooperation with development, quality, production and manufacturing engineering as well as controlling the procurement of relevant production equipment (e.g. machines, testing systems) Coordination of resource planning (personnel, machinery, materials) in coordination with specialist areas as well as creation, maintenance and adaptation of production cost calculations Interface between project teams, development, production, manufacturing engineering, purchasing and sales as well as customers and suppliers

Complete vocational training as an electronics technician for equipment and systems or a comparable qualification in the field of electrical engineering with a further training to the technician/master/economy engineer Funded knowledge in the field of project management Experience with the ramp-up of technical production projects Structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and organizational talent Fun at work in a dynamic and agile environment in interdisciplinary teams
