Group Leader for Workspace (m/f/d)

For our working group 3 at the Kirchheim site, we are looking for a new group management indefinitely and full-time from 01.03.2026.

The group currently comprises seven employees with support needs with the status “transfer”. Accordingly, the main focus is not only on the subject of work, but is essentially complemented by increased focus on topics such as creativity, movement and project work – all with the aim of promoting work performance, but at least preserving it.

We – the WEK (Werkstätten Esslingen-Kirchheim) – are a non-profit workshop for people with disabilities, recognized according to §219 SGB IX. Our central task is to optimally care, care and accompany people with disabilities and to prepare them best for the professional life. to share in it. Our range of services ranges from classical work to support and support to vocational training. The ARBEG Care and the ARBEG Inclusion also include an inclusion company. With large locations in Esslingen, Kirchheim, Wernau and Ostfildern-Nellingen as well as three cafés, a food shop, out-of-work groups and places, the WEK is located in the entire district of Esslingen.

You have completed training in a nursing profession, ideal white in healing education, or as a work educator or can provide a completed gFAB or SPZ training You have experience in handling and working with people with support needs An independent, responsible and structured way of working You are happy to work in the team and with people with and without need for support You are empathic, resilient and flexible You work according to a modern concept of pedagogical work with a focus on the development and promotion of people You have basic EDV confession and basic knowledge in MS Office applications
