Reporting & Transparency They develop clear and understandable reports, dashboards and visualizations that show how far we are – and where we want to go. So make progress visible and control informed decisions. Analysis & optimization They analyze data from different sources (e.g. digital platforms, feedback tools, etc.) and prepare them accordingly. They derive concrete optimization possibilities for further action Communication and action management They support targeted measures to strengthen the performance culture – and contribute with structured communication to ensure that they work sustainably Organization & documentation They keep program-relevant information up-to-date, document important meetings and ensure that all stakeholders are up-to-date Convincing profile You have completed your studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology, Sociology, Communication Sciences or a comparable degree course, as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in project management, reporting, monitoring or in the context of transformation programs They have a good sense of data, KPIs and relationships – and they understand how to derive tangible impulses for practice They bring experience in project management, ideally in reporting, monitoring or in the context of transformation programs with They work structured, independent and do not lose sight of complex topics They have the pleasure of actively shaping organisations – and want to promote cultural change not only, but measurably About the area Do you have a passion for cultural transformations in companies and want to achieve sustainable results?
