At the next time, we will look for you as an Advisor Commercial Strategy & Performance (w/m/d) for Deutsche Bahn Connect GmbH at Frankfurt am Main. Your tasks:

In your role you take care of the new conception or Further development of commercial control (e.g. planning / forecasting, reporting, performance reviews) through effective concepts for processes, tools and systems – from idea to anchoring You develop the operating control mechanisms holisticly through a consistent KPI system in close cooperation with the performance management team and effective control routines (month/quarter formats, performance dialogues) In addition, you can independently build a robust action tracking (responsible, timelines, status logic, effectiveness control; Escalation in blockades or lack of progress) and make sure that operating KPIs are meaningfully linked to commercial/financial control variables Content and methodical savings ring / (partial) project management in commercial projects (e.g. process optimization, reporting / tool further developments, governance adaptations) is one of your tasks as well as the development of decision documents You strengthen cross-departmental cooperation as a communicative interface between business lines, service lines and management In addition, you increase transparency, decision-making and implementation strength in commercial projects and line management by accompanying the implementation in the line areas and by scaling successful approaches

Your profile:

You have completed your studies as a business economist:in, financial economist:in, economic engineer:in or similar courses and a very pronounced, wide-ranging commercial understanding Sufficiently relevant professional experience in / near Finance & Performance Management, ideally in a complex environment with multiple business lines you bring with you Experiences and backgrounds from audit (audit) and/or advisory/consultation with focus on finance, performance, processes and governance are explicitly desired Very good knowledge of commercial control: performance management, KPI systems, reporting, planning / forecasting as well as data / key figures You bring proven project management experience In addition, you have a strong control, problem-solving and conflict resolution competence as well as the ability to introduce creative and unconventional solutions Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, especially in front of bodies and top management, complete your profile
