Our 24/7 support ensures the availability of our products and services and is the first contact person for troubleshooting messages in the second level support. The emergency support team covers the period weekdays from 18:00 to 09:00 and on weekend/days 24 hours. Working at home office is possible, and of course there is also a workplace at our HQ in the Cologne Media Park. Tasks Contribute to incidents of our corporate customers and internal stakeholders by phone and ticket system. Monitoring our monitoring software and our customers' servers using our infrastructure. Notification of our emergency DevOps teams. Qualifications You're immatriculated. Good knowledge of English and German. Knowing how a server works, basics of network protocols and the ability to identify common problems in web applications. A technical course is not required, experiences from own projects, hobby work or participation in tech communities are at least as good. If you feel comfortable approaching and solving basic technical problems independently, you are right with us.
