Team Leader | IT Data Architecture (m/f/d)

As a team leader, you design the strategic development of our data architecture, lead a dedicated team and create the basis for modern, networked and reliable data usage. You design and control the data architecture of our central core systems and continuously develop them. You ensure high data quality, consistent structures and cross-system use of our data. You analyze existing data structures, identify optimization potentials and develop sustainable solutions for complex data requirements. You control projects and changes in data architecture – from planning to technical implementation. You set priorities, coordinate tasks and manage external IT partners and service companies. You bring your expertise into the further development of our IT strategy and keep an eye on technological developments. You create transparency through targeted reporting to the IT service area management. As a manager, you assume the technical and disciplinary responsibility for the team data architecture. You promote self-responsibility, develop employees and create a culture in which cooperation, innovation and solution-oriented action are of course.

This will bring you You have a successfully completed degree in the field of computer science or a comparable discipline or a comparable training with IT focus. You have leadership experience and have several years of experience in IT data architecture.
