Active participation in day-to-day business through comprehensive consulting for sustainable and sustainable building (Green Building, Climate Neutrality, CO2 Strategy, Circular Economy and Sustainable Finance) Recording and evaluating existing buildings and identifying innovative measures for energy improvement with a focus on sustainability Accompanying projects in the implementation of certifications such as DGNB, LEED, WELL, BREEAM, ISO50001 or compliance with EU-Taxonomy requirements Concept of sustainable and energy-efficient spatial climate and energy concepts, including the analysis of potentials, the assessment of economic feasibility and the development of measures for energy optimization Creation of ecological material cycles (C2C) and implementation of life cycle analyses (LCA) and life cycle cost calculations (LCC) in the planning and implementation of construction projects Use of modern simulation software solutions for precise optimization of indoor climate concepts in buildings

Studies in the field of energy-efficient and sustainable building, environmental engineering, civil engineering, building technology, supply technology, energy and heat engineering, or in a comparable course in advanced studies Knowledge of basics and processes Secure handling of MS Office products, simulation software (e.g. TRNSYS/IDA ICE) and/or CAD German and English knowledge of independent application (at least B2) Motivation to develop in an exciting and forward-looking work environment
