Projektmanagement (m/w/i) Self-fulfilment of monthly payroll Administration of pension and part-time contracts Creating work contracts, certificates and various certificates Administrative Responsibility for Accident Reports (Sach Damage and Employment Injuries) Administration of access rights and food billing Care of staff on all issues of billing and staff time recording Handling all administrative activities in human resources management (e.g. maintenance of digital personnel file)

Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally in the staff sector Relevant professional experience in pay billing (required DATEV wage and salary) Knowledge in the fields of pensions, social and social insurance, pay tax and labour law Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Team and communication skills and enforcement strength Structured operation Self-resistance, resilience and very good organizational ability Good knowledge of Word and Scripture
