In your training you will get a comprehensive insight into the commercial processes of a hospital. Knowing the diversity of our administration and working actively in different departments: Financial and accounting: You support the processing and booking of invoices. You learn how the liquidity of a hospital is ensured and what role the controlling plays. Participation in the financial statements is also one of your tasks Personnel management: You accompany the entire process from the recruitment to the exit of employees, including the creation of work contracts and the payment bill Patient management: You take care of the entire patient data management, from cost assurance to billing to data transmission. You will get to know the relevant legal bases, both in the general hospital area and in the forensic context Material Management and Purchasing: You will get offers from suppliers, comparative terms and order required goods and services. You contribute to providing all departments and stations with the necessary materials Organization and assistance: You are supported in the secretariats of the clinic and in the information. These include tasks such as the handling of the mail, the organisation of appointments and the preparation of meetings

You have a real school degree or a subject/abitur You are open-minded, motivated and brings real interest in the business processes in healthcare with You are a communal person with an open and friendly appearance You work reliably, carefully and are able to react flexibly and resiliently to new requirements You are a team player actively engaged in cooperation
