Set, improve and change tools independently. Prepare and maintain new construction tools showering of contact surfaces; Adjusting knives and bending jaws showering complex surfaces and shapes; Evaluate and generate complex Tuschier and carrier images Adjusting press parameters in production during tooling Self-working and maintenance of tool changes, improvements or new productions especially. Informing the project and layer line with self-created PowerPoint presentations about tool manufacturing and incorporation levels Detection of errors in external and internal constructions and communication to engineers, production planning and programming Implementation of new tools at the production site (national, international on a voluntary basis) and plans, accompanying and contributing to their incorporation and final collection Continuous implementation of cross-cutting structured process and error analyses independent analysis of measurement protocols; Determining corrective measures performing a final check of the completed tool processing and testing the order processing for completeness.

You have completed an at least 3-year professional training as a tool mechanic and a long-term professional experience.
