What we plan together:

Together we are pushing forward cooperation and projects with and for the independent merchants of REWE. In doing so, you bring your organizational talent and support both the team management and your team team: in the case of diverse projects relating to self-employment with the focus topics to attract new independent merchants & communication. The area of communication merchants forms the interface between the REWE headquarters and the independent REWE merchants who, as entrepreneurs, lead their own supermarket. Our department supports the communication of independent merchants among themselves as well as that of REWE headquarters. In addition, the area controls the recruitment of new merchants and their incorporation and further training. The focus is on promoting the cooperative principles of REWE.

What you do with us:

You are a communication talent: You're asking the editorial plan of our newsletter, researching and supporting editorial. You're in front of me: You accompany the revision of the recruiting strategy for new independent merchants and work with the development of local recruiting measures. Your standard is your creativity: You design communication materials like flyers and presentations. You take responsibility: You keep track of dates and tasks in the project and support the project team. You support the team in administrative activities.
