Head of the plant fire brigade (m/f/d)

We are looking for dedicated and qualified firefighters with completed firefighting technology training in the qualification levels B1 to B4 to build a powerful firefighter. You play a responsible role in the construction and further development of the fire brigade and ensure the preventive and defensive fire protection on the site. Your tasks include professional fire, hazardous substances and technical assistance, as well as medical first and emergency care. In addition, you work with operational and evacuation exercises, ensure the operational readiness of the fire-fighting equipment and work closely with operational specialist departments, rescue services and external personnel. Overview of your tasks Responsibility for the organisation, leadership and further development of the fire brigade Ensuring preventive and defensive fire protection and the operational readiness of the firefighters Management and development of employees and participation in personnel planning Creation and development of alarm and danger prevention plans Organisation and management of firefighter operations and special damages Ensuring emergency medical care in-house Organisation and support of training and training as well as operational and fire protection exercises Responsibility for vehicles, fire-fighting equipment and facilities Cooperation with management, specialist departments, authorities, public fire brigades and aid organisations Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and operational requirements Participation in the further development of operational safety and emergency management The enrolled position is designed as a line function within our factory firefighter. The specific scope of responsibility depends on your qualification, your relevant leadership and operational experience as well as the operational requirements.
