Inhouse SAP S/4HANA IT SD Senior Support Expert / Consultant (m/f/d)

You analyse technical requirements and advise the business in designing and implementing tailor-made solutions in the SAP environment. You take responsibility for the processing of complex incidents and control ticket processing in the SAP S/4HANA system with a focus on sales processes. You analyze complex fault images in the SAP SD environment, develop sustainable solutions and implement them independently. You design and realize system adaptations in the SAP SD module and thus contribute to the continuous optimization of our sales processes. You prepare bug analyses and requirements to qualify, set specifications and work closely with the SAP development teams (ABAP/Fiori). You support the evaluation, design and implementation of new requirements and actively shape the further development of our SAP platform.

You have sound process knowledge in the SAP modules SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management). In the SAP SD-Customizing you bring comprehensive practical experience and deep expertise. You have pronounced analytical skills and you know well with debugging and error analysis, for example in the ABAP environment. You are familiar with the use of integration and interface technologies such as APIs, SAP Cloud Integration or IDocs. Ideally, you also have experience in data analysis. You also keep an overview in critical situations and have experience in coordination and escalation management in system failures or bottlenecks. You are convinced by your communication strength, team skills and your ability to enforce, and you are confident in the interface between business and IT.
