As a Scientific Director*in (m/w/d), you take on scientific and administrative management tasks in the IEE and contribute to the sharpening of the Institute profile through your own teaching, research and third-party funding. Independent planning and implementation of English-language courses and supervision of master's work Self-employed development of research projects and applications as well as independent implementation of social science research and cooperation in interdisciplinary research projects Budget planning, use and monitoring for budget and third-party funds, negotiation and content design of consortial agreements Management of the coordinators and control of personnel use Management of the IEE courses Participation in building and maintaining international networks/consortia for the application of EU and BMFTR projects Long-term or case-by-case application of scholarships for MA or PhD IDS students.
