The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

The SOS-Hof Bockum (in the district of Lüneburg) is an institution of the SOS-Kinderdorf e. V. for the social and professional integration of adult people with mental disabilities. For about 100 people there are differentiated forms of housing and work opportunities in the recognised workshop for disabled people.

For our SOS-Hof Bockum we are looking for a

The SOS-Hof Bockum comprises two locations in Amelinghausen and Bockum in the district of Lüneburg with a total of 22 buildings that are managed by the building management. As a coordinator, you take over the technical control of all structural measures and ensure reliable, economic and demand-oriented support of the sites. Organization of workflows at the interfaces Control of maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and sustainable removal of identified defects regular object visits and monitoring, maintenance and operational safety of construction and technical installations Coordination of foreign companies as well as collection, testing and commissioning of services for maintenance and construction Ensuring quality standards and legal requirements for work, environmental and operational safety, including DIN and DGUV regulations Cooperation with the Safety Representatives, the Construction Unit and other internal interfaces, as well as participation in the meetings of the Safety Committee conscientious implementation of measures to protect the interests
