Inspection and control of raw materials and auxiliaries and additives taking into account predetermined control points Acceptance of raw materials (fresh meat, TK meat, spices, packaging materials) taking into account accompanying papers, predetermined control points and specifications (e.g. fat content) and documentation in systems Control of cuts of fresh meat according to predetermined cutting patterns and documentation of deviations Proper storage of the raw materials in the intended storage areas and according to the usual storage principle (FIFO) Empty processing and return to suppliers after consultation with the supplier or the forwarding and documentation of the processes

(m/w/d), specialist in food technology, warehouse logistics or the like; as an alternative to multi-year relevant professional experience Good knowledge in the warehouse industry Forklift licence Good PC knowledge Teamability, physical loadability and reliability ready for shift work (between 3:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.)
