Must: Embossed enforcement strength and extra version – you are actively approaching people and are a real, positive “driver”, not a pure manager Detectional experience in motivating teams and actually completing projects Experience in managing several parallel projects with shared resources Organizational and structured working Experience in project management or comparable roles Basic understanding of software development (you don't have to be able to program, but understand what developers are talking about) Enthusiasm for AI tools and the drive to actively integrate them into your own work and control of the team Communication strength in German (safe for negotiation) Nice-to-have: Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) Practical experience with a project management system (e.g. Jira, Monday, Openproject) – our daily craftsmanship Industry knowledge in the health or law firm environment
