In our Competence Center Recht Benefits, you play a central role in all legal issues relating to occupational pensions, time value accounts and benefits. Together with your team and colleagues in the fields of actuariat, demography and international, you advise employers in complex design and change processes and create the basis for sound decisions. Legal issues are often the starting point of our mandates. As a leading independent consultant for employers in all Benefit questions, we offer you exciting mandates, direct exchange with decision-makers and design space in a strategic growth field of MLP. Legal design: You are redesigning, checking and reorganizing supply commitments over all execution paths and is responsible for the statutory assessment of employment, tax and social insurance. Mandatory responsibility: You advise management, financial and HR management in key decision-making processes Projects: You conduct legally-defined projects, from de-risking measures and pensioners companies to CTA solutions, to time value accounts and age part-time models Market Observation: You issue case-law and legislation and initiate concrete consultations Quality Assurance AI: You check AI-generated legal documents that reach us by customers, customers and sales partners for approval Sales capability: You accompany expert discussions, make our sales professionally safe and introduce yourself to our certification program “Benefit Consultant”

Qualification: You are a full lawyer with second state exam expert: You have several years of experience in occupational pensions, ideally from a consultancy, firm, group function or a pensioner, and know the working, tax and social insurance conditions of the bAV across all implementation paths; Experiences with time value accounts, CTA or age part time are advantageous Consultation experience: You have advised decision-makers and can prepare complex issues in such a way that it becomes a decision Project management & sales support: Ideally, you will have experience in project management as well as in the professional support of sales units with Personality: You convince by sovereign appearance and joy in customer contact Communication: You have pronounced communication skills as well as reliable German and good English skills Mobility: Regular appointments with clients are not a problem for you
