Total responsibility for all controlling areas: cost, finance, investment, production, project and sales controlling, as well as business planning, revolving accounting (FP&A) Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development and coaching of the controlling team Control of the company-wide planning process (strategic, tactical, operational) as well as all budget and forecast processes Introduction of a Qualified System- and Data-based Forecast Management for Early Control of Result and Cash Development (Frühwarninstrumentarium) Ensure the achievement of the company by analysis of plan-actual deviations and timely development of countermeasures in close coordination with the departments Ensuring internal and external reporting including Standardization of content, formats and terms, as well as meaningful commenting Construction and further development of the investment and project control including Assessment, traceability and cost-effectiveness analyses Expansion of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and further development of BI systems for data-based enterprise management Creation of decision-relevant analyses, business cases and reports for management and management bodies Function as a business-economic savings partner of the management in strategic and operational decisions, as well as business partners of the departments in the efficient process design Controlling external consulting projects in the controlling environment Active participation of digitalization initiatives and change processes within the company

A completed economic study Construction of a controlling organization as a management instrument Multiannual experience in team management and management IT MS Office, SAP, in particular SAC Detailed understanding of corporate governance Flexible and Communicative Enthusiast and inspiring leader Result-oriented and self-motivated Networking Hands-on and high implementation
