· You run the "Logistics" team with currently eight employees as part the department "Material Logistics" technical and disciplinary, focussing ensuring the supply of material throughout the network; and develops employees through targeted and continuous promotion continue their skills. · You realize an efficient logistics process while maintaining Business standards, processes and guidelines. · You manage the logistics and supply chain topics economically, resilient and efficient. You support the logistics team in inventory management, material requirements planning or Congestion situations. · You develop digital logistics solutions, take into account the Potentials of the use of AI and thus shape the logistics of the future. · You are responsible for the proper implementation of the annual Inventors. · You set the quality of external logistics service providers services provided safely. · You have a look at Transactional Excellence and support Initiatives to increase this. · You act as an interface to internal and external stakeholders and supports initiatives and projects in the supply chain with your expertise Management. In doing so, you put important impulses in the unit and cross-departmental cooperation and encourages the team to take new paths go. · You discover talents as a leader and inspire, challenge and advances your team forward.

· You have a university degree in the field Economic engineering/BWL with focus on supply chain management or Logistics, as well as extensive expertise in responsibility. · You have leadership experience and guide your team with empathy and Passion. · You have pronounced analytical and communicative abilities.
