For the Munich location we are looking for a:n Jurist:in / Contract Manager:in. Self-governing the central, cloud-based document and contract management system Ensuring and further developing the contract management process in the real estate, company law and for all commercial contracts including time-limit management in the group Regular updating of contract templates Supporting the legal department for corporate housekeeping, maintenance of company-law documentation and coordination with notaries and lawyers, among others for commercial register applications, property and company-law measures Making, checking and managing leases Close and independent cooperation with contact persons from the clinics and the central areas Project management, in particular in the field of compliance

A completed law or business law degree, as a qualified lawyer or comparable; also a cross entry to me corresponding suitability or experience is possible Ability to understand and understand complex contractual circumstances and risks Pleasure of structured, careful and organised work to keep an overview of a variety of complex organisational and contractual structures Affinity for AI and Legal Tech Positive attitudes, solution-oriented thinking, patience, fun at work in the team, joy of transparent and open communication in dealing with the most diverse employees from the clinics and the central areas, even in stressful phases
