You are part of our team at municipal works and companies in the utility industry. You represent demand providers in their digitalization and optimization projects along their value chain and help in the analysis, evaluation and documentation of the requirements for business processes and IT. You know the right tools and you know how to use them when it comes to understanding and developing applications, processes, data models or interfaces in complex energy business architectures. You work in agile and classic project teams of different sizes together with specialist decision-makers and technical translators on the future topics of the industry.

You have relevant professional experience in business analysis or process management. You know the processes, typical systems and the language of the industry. You are passionate about the big and small challenges of our customers, such as remote reading, accounting in complex constellations, device management, workforce management, market communication, network logistics, and energy trading processes. You have pronounced analytical skills, a quick understanding and a good abstraction capability – even in complex environments. You have pronounced communication and moderation capabilities combined with agile and result-oriented mindset. You can master German at least C1 level and successfully use it in your everyday work.
