Your everyday work includes:

• Heart and commitment: You support our seniors in basic care in their own home – for example in body care or eating – and make sure they feel comfortable all around.
• Mindfulness and care: You carefully monitor the behaviour of our seniors in order to identify at an early stage if something is wrong or if a disease is in progress.
• Kindness and humor: You give time for small conversations about “Damals” – with an open ear and a smile.
• Reliability and Structure: You take small documentation tasks so that everyone is well informed.

• qualified and ready to learn: You already have a completed training as a nursing assistant*in or a comparable 1,5-year-old qualification - this helps you get started quickly.
