Our customer, a well-known IT company with the focus on IT Services and Engineering Solutions, is looking for service technicians for the second level onsite support in full time.

Together with dedicated colleagues, you serve a well-known industrial company in Hamburg. Benefit from flexible working hours from many additional individual benefits.

Your profile

• completed training as a specialist informatics - application development, specialist informatics - system integration, industrial system technician, computer scientist, PC and network specialist, assistant for computer science or comparable training
• Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of current standard applications such as Office products, Adobe etc.
• Experience in working with ticket systems of advantage
• good knowledge of German and English at B1 level
• Class B driving licence

Your duties

• Second Level Support
• Onsite support at the customer location in the field of Windows Client, iOS, as well as network and telecommunications
• Collection and processing of customer requests
• IT support work on different tickets and individual project orders
