Varied tasks You learn how to precisely manufacture workpieces according to technical drawings, set up machines and monitor and optimize the entire manufacturing process – always with the utmost accuracy and quality. Learning through practice From the first day on, you work with real workpieces, learn the basics of metal processing and use your knowledge directly in production. Teamwork & Support In our training center and in the specialist departments you will be closely supervised and work side by side with experienced colleagues. Your training in detail: You start with an introductory course in our training center, where you can learn the basics of manual and machine material processing. Then you get the necessary practical skills and skills in the machining at VAHLE. At the same time, you will visit the Leopold-Hösch-Berufskolleg in Dortmund (lecture on 1-2 days a week). To ensure that you are perfectly prepared, we will support you in preparation for exams – for a successful completion with a safe feeling.
