Own construction management of construction projects in industrial, commercial, hospital, hotel and residential construction as well as restoration of existing buildings Preparation of the tender, i.e. preparation of tender documents, construction descriptions and performance directories Examination of tenders, production of price levels and proposals for awards, production of cost determinations and comparisons, and participation in procurement Monitoring of the construction design and ensuring a contract-based, fault-free and cost- and timely execution Preparation, implementation and preparation of construction meetings, acceptances and deficiencies management

Successfully completed studies of architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in construction management or construction monitoring of construction projects - Experience in the development of public construction projects Funded knowledge in building and procurement law and VOB Interest in sustainable construction methods and methods such as wood construction Negotiations, enforcement and persistence Service-oriented appearance to our customers Structured and independent work driving licence class B English C1 in Word and Writing
