We attach great importance to independent work and put responsibility for smaller projects into the hands of our trainees, whom we can trust a lot in the team. We support you in your training with in-house teaching and provide state-of-the-art office communication systems. During your 3 year training as an industrial businessman (m/w/d), you will get to know all the commercial areas and the peculiarities of the pharmaceutical industry. You will quickly be integrated into the various training departments and are suitable for relevant expertise through active cooperation.
