That's why we're looking for you as an accountant for our location in Bochum

You'll start your own monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and ensure a timely, precise and law-compliant settlement You continuously monitor the main book accounts, perform regular accounts, and independently explain inconsistencies. You carefully analyze deviations and ensure high data quality You can use the necessary technical knowledge and book them properly. You take into account both trade regulations and internal guidelines You ensure the correct coordination between the main and secondary books and make sure that all interfaces work smoothly. You recognize differences early and carry out the clarification independently You are responsible for plant accounting, manage investment assets and monitors receipts and depreciation You carefully prepare the sales tax pre-registration and submit it in due time You are a competent contact for business and business auditors. You provide requested documents, explain facts in a comprehensible manner and accompany exams sovereignly You actively contribute to optimization projects, critically question existing processes and develop efficient and sustainable process solutions together with your team

You have a successfully completed commercial training that has given you a solid foundation in accounting You like to work in the team, support your colleagues proactively and do not hesitate to take responsibility. Challenges are addressed and pragmatically You are communicative and work confidently with your superior and your colleagues in the team You think beyond your own tasks, work together across the range and actively promote a transparent flow of information You show your own initiative, introduce suggestions for improvement and actively shape processes. Functions, evaluations and analyses are safe and effective to optimize your daily work You have successfully completed the training as an accounting officer (IHK) or have completed an economic study with a focus on accounting/finance
