Senior Product Manager Banking App (m/f/d)

Responsibility is good: In our agile environment, your app squad awaits you with which you successfully initiate, tax and implement technical projects and app projects in a leading function (as a product owner). With a clear understanding of priorities, you’ll be structuring the Product Backlog, shaping concise user stories and making ideas become solutions. In exchange with local and international stakeholders, you conceptualise technical requirements, create and prioritize work packages. Also in the international, bank-wide project work, your cooperation is high in the course and you are looking forward to an intensive cooperation with product management, specialist departments, IT and Risk. For example, projects are in the best hands from the acceptance of requirements, the technical concept to the successful realization. You can also handle regulatory processes and governance for your assets: you combine regularity and compliance with innovation and contribute to sustainable and secure product development. Through the systematic analysis of existing processes, customer feedback and usage data, you identify optimization potentials in efficiency, quality and customer experience. You translate your insights together with product owners and customer journey experts into specialist concepts and customer journey maps that have real added value. From technical design to realization and testing to the introduction of new features, processes and systems – you are integrated from A to Z and with clear guidelines, process documentation and transparent reporting, ensure that progress becomes visible and quality is always measurable. With your expertise, you also tax external service providers, ensure smooth cooperation and keep your squad on track.

Studies with a focus on business informatics or comparable technical and banking experience Professional experience as a Product Owner with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban) in teams with high IT content Long-standing practice in requirements engineering, data analysis and customer journey mapping Funded know-how in project work and (IT) process management, ideally in the field of digital customer interfaces, banking products or self-services Experience in designing and implementing technical requirements Implementation (e.g. banking business processes, underlying technologies / infrastructures, app channels) Knowledge of regulatory and governance Experience in process analysis and pronounced analytical skills and holistic thinking skills Quick conception, customer-oriented, systematic and independent operation Team player with high social competence, communication and convincing skills Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions Very good knowledge of German and English
