You become a Senior Full Stack Developer:in part of one of our agile, cross-functional teams consisting of Scrum Master:in, Product Owner:in, Business Analyst:in, Developer:in and UX Designer:in As a developer:in expand and improve the Lexware Office code base along with the other members:in the Lexware Office team, you can adapt it to the evolving business requirements. You can contribute constructively and critically to the team dialogue, making decisions together and contributing to consistent solution determination. You are self-employed and actively helping to find and implement meaningful, robust and feasible technical implementations for new features. In case of emerging problems or obstacles, you do not hesitate long and trade yourself or go to one of the colleagues. We prefer short ways and direct communication. Last but not least, you are ready to work into new topics and areas of expertise and to use this newly gained knowledge in upcoming tasks. Your code helps to write the success of Lexware Office. You are part of a large tech community that regularly exchanges on overarching topics as well as on the continuous development of our technical infrastructure.

You already have several years of experience in developing and designing cloud-based applications, including sound knowledge in microservice architectures, database design and RESTful APIs. You have (very) good knowledge with Java and Spring Boot, beneficial would be knowledge of Frontend Frameworks (in particular React) as well as AWS or the willingness to work in these areas. You have an intrinsic interest in high-quality software development, a structured way of working and can work into complex specialist domains. In addition, you are going to implement new features bindingly and reliably. You always take into account both the technical requirements and the decisions made in the team. You can always take the perspective of our customers to make wage accounting a great experience for them. You burn for agile software development (by Scrum) and can find yourself well in an iterative procedure.
