Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a specialist in occupational safety (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Berlin site. Your tasks:

You ensure compliance with the generally applicable regulations on work and fire protection and implement suitable concepts and processes The advice of employers, their representatives and those responsible for occupational safety and accident prevention on workplace design, workflows and the use of work equipment and hazardous materials is one of your tasks You initiate measures to improve safety in the context of a continuous improvement process The assessment of risks and determination of border risks is your responsibility. You are taking necessary measures to reduce risk. You carry out workstation visits, controls and safety decreases at radio sites You determine the state of the art, personal protective equipment, working technologies and occupational medical requirements The creation, development and revision of documents, operating instructions and processes for work, fire and environmental protection is one of your tasks You develop instructional documents and methods and investigate events, perform Cause Analysis and evaluate results to develop solution alternatives Risk assessments are available for substitution of hazardous substances

Your profile:

You bring a professional qualification as a master, technician, a completed study or a comparable training with corresponding professional experience in the field of occupational and/or fire protection with Ideally, you have successfully completed a training as a specialist for occupational safety and have gained several years of professional experience You have the expertise to test personal protective equipment against crash (PSAgA) according to DGUV principle 312-906 or are ready to acquire this qualification in a timely manner A high level of individual solution orientation and communication skills and enforcing skills characterize you You bring strong organizational and analytical skills, stay resilient, flexible and show critical and conflicting skills Your action is service-oriented and economical Office365 and SAP EH&S are safe and you are ready to travel regularly and continue to train
