Complete studies in the field of supply chain management, logistics, economic engineering, business management or a comparable field of expertise or completed technical or craft training with a further training as master, technician or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience, ideally in special vehicle construction or comparable production environment Experience in purchasing, material management, work preparation or supply chain management Understanding production processes and material and material flows Outstanding leadership skills as well as experience in the management of staff (Type player trainer) Structured, solution-oriented and economic operation (hands-on-mindset) Organisational skills, enforcement capacity, communication strength and ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously Secure handling of ERP systems (SAP Business One) and common MS Office applications
