Your mission

• Introduction and continuous improvement of an attractive, innovative and competitive “Total Rewards Strategy”
• Implementation of analyses on compensation structures (benchmarks) and adaptation of local systems to future needs in the DACH region
• Ensuring competitiveness to reduce fluctuation and design of incentive systems
• Development of grades, groups and progressions as well as the implementation of job evaluations to determine internal fairness
• Responsibility for the design and administration of mailing programs for employees (w/m/x) in international use
• Management of the target agreement processes and development of the company-wide KPIs in coordination with the financial sector
• Accompanying negotiations with the General Works Council

Your skill set

• Complete economic studies with a focus on staff or comparable training
• Detectional experience in the design and implementation of modern and market-oriented compensation systems
• Experiences with market analysis (benchmarking) to ensure competitive salaries and benefits
• Benefit Management:
• choice and control of additional services (e.g. health insurance, pension provision, bonus systems)
• Presentation security at top management level as well as team and performance
• Strategic thinking and strong affinity for numbers & data
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
• First leadership experience desirable
• Flowing German knowledge, very good English skills
