You bring at least 5 years of experience as Product Owner in agile software projects (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). You have managed external development partners or agencies and communicate safely with different stakeholders – from specialist to C level. You have a strong understanding of compliance and data protection and ideally experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals or finance. You are safe to use tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar. You have a basic technical understanding of API-based systems, data models and ERP logic. You have a degree in BWL, Business Informatics, (medical) informatics or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. You work analytically, structured and pragmatically and meet clear prioritization decisions. Ideally, you bring industry knowledge in the pharmacy, healthcare or cannabis environment, startup experience or PO certification (e.g. CSPO, SAFe).
