Your experience makes the difference and you support and advise our branches and participations in the further development of our quarry sites. You take responsibility for investment and plant projects and accompany them from the first idea to planning to successful implementation. You are responsible for the smooth process through the development, coordination and implementation of process instructions in the field of rock. With your technical know-how, you evaluate plant concepts, develop solutions and successfully combine the different requirements of operation, technology and project. You develop our processes and optimise process engineering processes by developing efficient flow images and plant concepts. You bring your expertise into forward-looking projects and strategic initiatives such as the “break of the future”.

You bring a successfully completed degree in engineering with, preferably with the focus on process engineering, mechanical engineering, mining or comparable. You have at least five years of professional experience in managing and coordinating projects e.g. in the field of project management, engineering, process engineering or operating environment – ideally in the building materials industry. You master the methods of project management and control complex projects securely with regard to costs, dates, resources and quality. You work in a solution-oriented manner, convince with your communication skills and keep an overview even in challenging project situations.
