Performance of measurement tests on semi-finished products and finished parts incl. Documentation of results Creation of measurement protocols and marking of components for traceability Execution of acceptance checks before delivery to suppliers Support for calibration and 3D measurement technology as required triggering of deviation reports (non-conformance reports) and participation in error and cause analysis
Complete vocational training in the metalworking sector with professional experience, qualification according to AUKOM desirable Safe handling of tactile measuring devices Safe reading of technical drawings and specifications (including tolerances and surface requirements) Experience in quality assurance as well as in the handling of computer-assisted measurement systems Safe handling of MS Office and desirable knowledge in SAP, MES and CAQ systems
