Management and coordination of operational plant protection at the Munich site and associated operating parts Technical and disciplinary management of the associated employees including personnel needs planning Responsibility for the creation and updating of risk analyses as well as security concepts for all associated operating parts in accordance with strategic governance Conceptual development and implementation of the specified protection requirements for the company infrastructure and all persons in operation under constantly changing safety conditions Advising the specialist areas for safety-related issues maintenance of operational order and safety, including compliance with the laid down rules and the exercise of domestic law Responsibility for the implementation of all quality management requirements from administrative, customer, partner and group requirements as well as all work, safety and environmental requirements within the organisational units

Complete study in the field of safety management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a management position in corporate security, ideally in an international corporate environment Knowledge of physical and organisational security structures and crisis and risk management Enforcement, Responsibility and High Integrity Impressed entrepreneurial thinking, implementation strength and good organizational skills Good English knowledge of word and writing Standing for occasional missions
