IT Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for an IT coordinator (w/m/d) in southern Germany for our growing group of companies.

As an IT coordinator (w/m/d), you take responsibility for the regional IT infrastructure and the IT budget, act as a central contact person for all IT-relevant topics in the South West region (mainly in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg) and join the IT team for the successful implementation of central IT initiatives on site.

Responsibility for the regional IT budget, IT infrastructure and onsite support

You are the main partner for all IT-relevant topics in the South-West region

Implementation of central IT initiatives with a regional focus, such as standardisation of IT infrastructure

Close cooperation with the central IT team to coordinate technical standards and projects

Control and coordination of external IT service providers and internal regional IT resources

Reporting and management of regional IT requirements, risks and escalations

Active participation in IT work groups and cross-departmental coordination with the rest of the team

Complete training in IT, e.g. specialist:in, IT system businessman/wife or comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in IT consulting, ideally with regional responsibility

Knowledge in:

Microsoft 365 / Office 365

Network technologies (LAN/WLAN, VPN, routing)

Windows clients and servers

PC and hardware support (1st/2nd level)

Ideally, you already have experience in coordinating service providers

You have a high self-responsibility and are an organizational talent

You are strong in communication, team-ready and feel comfortable in an interface between IT, specialist areas and external partners

Driving licence (class B) and a high readiness to travel within the region and occasionally nationwide

German language skills at native level
