HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Be part of our team as HR Business Partner and create a positive, motivating and powerful work environment! In this role, you work closely with executives to promote team development, performance and motivation. You use HR knowledge to advance HR initiatives, improve employee experience and ensure smooth cooperation between the department and the HR department. Your tasks at a glance: Advise executives strategically on personal topics such as team structure, motivation, recruitment, performance and development. Support personnel planning and talent management in line with business objectives. Analyze the results of employee surveys and contribute to initiatives that improve employee experience and corporate culture. Promote a positive, inclusive and respectful working environment based on trust and cooperation. Advise executives in questions of employee relations, communicate in conflicts and support executives in sensitive or disciplinary discussions. Identify training and development needs, establish training plans and organize development programs. Support restructuring and change management processes and ensure smooth transitions and support for your employees. Use HR key figures (e.g. fluctuation, downtime, engagement) to gain insights and recommendations for business decisions. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and continuously improve employee experience throughout the life cycle. Conduct exit talks and analyze the reasons for employee departures. Support the processing of notices, legal cases and corrective action plans. Take part in HR projects and company-wide initiatives. Work with personnel officers in the final recruitment phase and support the candidate selection.

Higher education, preferably in human resources, management, law or a related area. Multiannual experience as HR Business Partner or in a similar HR advisory function. Impressed ability to conduct sensitive conversations, to communicate conflicts and to support solution processes. Analytical thinking with the ability to use HR data to support strategic business decisions. Excellent interpersonal, communicative and advisory skills. Business maturity and ability to build trusted relationships with executives and teams. Proactive, solution-oriented and safe in the implementation of change and improvement initiatives. Very good knowledge of English and German ( oral and written)
