You use HR knowledge to advance HR initiatives, improve employee experience and ensure smooth cooperation between the department and the HR department. Work with personnel officers in the final recruitment phase and support the candidate selection.
Higher education, preferably in human resources, management, law or a related area. Multiannual experience as HR Business Partner or in a similar HR advisory function. Impressed ability to conduct sensitive conversations, to communicate conflicts and to support solution processes. Analytical thinking with the ability to use HR data to support strategic business decisions. Excellent interpersonal, communicative and advisory skills. Business maturity and ability to build trusted relationships with executives and teams. Proactive, solution-oriented and safe in the implementation of change and improvement initiatives. Very good knowledge of English and German ( oral and written)
